Little sister
My little sister is finally coming home from the hospital friday.
My mom found her suicide not today.
She read it to me.
It was heartbreaking.
I hope and pray she never tried anything like this again.
Without her i’d be lost.
but now i know i need to help her become found.
Because she’s lost.

i think i have this.
I am experiencing weird pains in my chest, on my sternum.
At first it felt like the pain was coming from the inside, but now my sternum is sore to tocuh.
The pain increases whenever i breathe heavy, or walk harder, like walking faster or down stairs. Also when i do movements that involve twisting motions.
It hurts worse gradually through the day.
It all started a few days ago whenever i woke up.
at first i thought i just slept weird.
but now im getting freaked out and frustrated.
if anyone knows what it could be, let me know please.
I am only 21, so idt i could be having a heart attack and i don’t seem to have any other symptoms.
except my hearts pounding a bit harder than usual.
